20 Series Crushers
American Pulverizer manufactures this all purpose crusher for capacities above those of laboratory mills and below those required for large scale crushing operations.

These machines can be used for reducing coal, minerals, ceramics, metals, chemicals, and many miscellaneous materials.  Since capacity varies with type of material reduced, our technical staff will gladly advise capacity estimates for required reduction on any product.

Up-running mills are engineered to produce a maximum of fines because the product travels a great distance within the crushing chamber.   Down-running mills yield a minimum of fines due to a shorter length of travel.

Manganese shredder rings are reversible to give double life and are easily replaceable.  Renewable wear resistant liners cover the entire crushing chamber to ensure additional service years.  Anti-friction bearings and heat treated alloy steel shafts are used to ensure sturdy construction.  The crushing chamber is easily accessible.  A metal trap is included in all models.  A flywheel is available for added rotor inertia.

Standard features:

Rotor assembly is balanced statically and dynamically to .003"
