These machines are adaptable to reduce coke, mine refuse, limestone, cement rock, sulfur, alum, and other similar materials.

Standard Features:

Heavy-duty frame fabricated from 1-1/2" to 4" thick steel plate continuously welded and rib-reinforced

Bolt-in abrasion-resistant liners up to 3" thick

Adjustable breaker plate for product sizing from 4"-12" using a hydraulic power pack assist

Breaker plate is hinged at the top and held in position via adjusting rods at the lower edge

Breaker plate is spring loaded to allow passing of uncrushable items without damage to the mill

Roll speed of 125 RPM

Segmented roll shell design with six (6) bolt on replaceable shells. Roll segments made of SMO alloy steel

Roll is driven via heavy-duty heat-treated gears through a jack shaft and v-belt drive from motor to jack shaft

Both main shaft and jack shaft rotate on heavy-duty spherical roller bearings mounted in grease lubricated pillow blocks

Torque limiter is utilized on the driven v-belt sheave to protect motor damage in the event of a roll stoppage

Spring loaded breaker plate automatically recedes to prevent tramp metal damage.
