SIDE-KICK® is working in both the aggregates industry and the coal and minerals mining industries.  In coal, it is being used to remove large rock and trash from crusher and preparation plant feed.  Use of the Side-kick prevents the necessity of purchasing expensive scalping screens or rotary breakers for rock and trash removal, and saves manual labor.

Bill Wilson, president of General Industries and inventor and manufacturer of the SIDE-KICK®, is a veteran of the aggregate industry and very knowledgeable of coal applications.  Wilson first developed the SIDE-KICK® as an inexpensive and reliable means of producing rip-rap for the aggregates industry.

Side-Kick® separating rip-rap from conveyor

Hundreds of SIDE-KICK® Solids Separators have been installed throughout the United States, Canada, Alaska, and abroad.  When it comes to removing burdensome oversize rock and lumps directly from a moving conveyor belt or making sized rip-rap stone, the SIDE-KICK® system is unbeatable.

SIDE-KICK® PERFORMANCE THAT PAYS

LOW OPERATING COST
Operating a SIDE-KICK® costs less than a dollar a day.
FAST RETURN ON INVESTMENT
Your R.O.I. can be from three to thirty days.
MODEL TYPE AND SIZE
There are semi-portable models that can be detached for relocation and heavy duty models that straddle the conveyor truss.  From these two types, there are twenty different sizes.  The model and size for each application is determine by the belt width, belt speed, TPH, and the largest material to be removed.
SEMI-PORTABLE MODELS
The SM models are side-mounted to either the left-hand or right-hand side of a conveyor truss.  They are normally used to removed stone or oversized material that weighs from one pound through two hundred pounds.  This system can be detached for relocation or left in place.
HEAVY DUTY MODELS
The STD models straddle the conveyor truss and are used for high production plant operations with medium to heavy duty applications.  This system is normally used for removing oversize material weighing from 125 pounds to 2000 pounds.  These machines are designed and fabricated to be attached to each side of the truss.
RAISE YOUR PROFIT AND SAVE MONEY
If you are not making riprap sized stone, may you should be.   It is a profitable product.  You can make it the least expensive way.   Most crushed stone producers can increase production and make riprap at the same time by opening their crusher settings.  This allows a larger size stone to pass through.  Opening the crusher can increase plant production as much as ten to fifteen percent and at the same time make a new product.  This is a two-way profit!
SAFELY REMOVE YOUR UNWANTED OVERSIZE MATERIAL
Remove unwanted oversized material from a moving conveyor belt the safe way.  This dangerous job is eliminated by using the SIDE-KICK® system.  It is safe, has a high performance rate, and costs far less than manual labor.

SIDE-KICK® is patented in the United States, Canada, and Japan
